Digital edge sensor for detecting web edges in conjuction with a stenter frame in-feed KR…the sensor is part of the E+L DCS digital system. All interfaces are geared to this system (CAN bus).
The sensor works on a reflection principle with the sender and receiver being built in to the same housing.
A mechanical scanning device is also featured. Switching from the optical to the mechanical system is possible during operation.
The pressure exercised by the sensor lever is adjustable.
